Beta Buoy Base Galaxy

While talking in Luma's Workshop, someone had mentioned that the old version of the level
had still been in the game, under the low poly model's files. I decided it would be a good idea to
try and restore the level with the little modding experience I had at the time, and I think it came out well
I've considered an update to the mod a few times, but am still quite undecided.
